Another four years for Caryl Green.
Chelsea residents elected the incumbent mayor for another four years in the election Nov. 3. Green won 51.4 per cent of the vote, or 1,319 votes, ahead of fellow contenders Marcel Gauvreau and Anne Gazley.
Gauvreau, previously the councillor for Ward 2, won 31.9 per cent of the vote (818 votes) and Gazley came third with 16.7 per cent, or 427 votes.
Voter turnout was 51.8 per cent – a slight improvement from 49.5 per cent in 2009.
Green celebrated her win at Le Resto with dozens of supporters.
