There is new life at Chez Eric these days, and all you have to do is step inside to notice it.

The kitchen at the Valley Drive eatery is no longer under the direction of the boyish, good-looking Che Chartrand. He’s been replaced by two younger, hipper foodies who can’t wait to change up the place from “fine dining to fun dining.”

Joe O’Shaughnessy and Chris Tache have their sights set on the young adult population in the Gatineau Hills.

“The food will be the same, but we will be adding a lot more stuff so that everyone can come and enjoy a night out,” said O’Shaughnessy. “We want the younger crowd to be able to get a pint and a nice meal for $20.” Click to continue
