Talia Hennessey skied to a gold-medal finish at her first Jeux du Quebec competition, held March 6-8 at Saguenay.
The 14-year-old Chelsea resident and Nakkertok cross-country team member skier won the five-kilometre classic race by two seconds. She also grabbed gold in the three-km skate event.
With Laura Leclair, her teammate from Chelsea Nordiq, the duo claimed silver in the team pursuit race. Click to continue
