The municipality of Chelsea has issued a preventative boil water advisory for all residents hooked up to the water system following a repair to a conduit early this morning.
Residents must boil their water for at least one minute before consuming it, until the advisory is lifted.
Residents may experience cloudy water and a drop in pressure. Once the boil water advisory has been lifted residents will receive an email and notices will also be posted to the municipal website and social media platforms.
