The family of a missing Maniwaki teen fears for her health and safety.

According to a Sûreté du Québec report, 14-year-old Madison Durant was last seen at school in Maniwaki on the afternoon of June 17. She was last seen wearing a black tank top, dark grey sweatpants, and white sneakers. She also had a sweater and a blue Champion brand backpack with her. She is thought to have left on foot with a change of clothes and personal items.


Durant is five feet, four inches tall and weighs 123 pounds. Her hair is brown and red and her right eyebrow is dyed red. Her eyes are blue and she speaks both French and English.


She could be in the Maniwaki or Gatineau areas, according to police.


Police ask anyone who sees Durant to call 911 or the anonymous tip line at 1-800-659-4264.
