It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron on December 6th in his 80th year. Brother and pal to Jim (Lynda) and Bob (Kathy), proud uncle to Sean (Sue), Jen, Matthew (Laura) and Andrew (Emma) and great uncle to Evelyn, Samantha, Roan and Ella.
Ron was an engaging conversationalist whether at the Faculty Club at Carleton University, the Kiwanis Club, the Press Club, on countless golf courses or while meeting friends at the Black Sheep or the corner Kaffe in Wakefield. Ron had a genuine interest in those around him along with keen and humorous insights into the affairs of the world.
A gathering to celebrate Ron’s life will be announced in future safer times. Donations of remembrance can be made to the Salvation Army.
