On January 17, 2023, Mr. Raymond Major passed away at the age of 92 in Wakefield. Husband of the late Helen Cuddihey, son of the late Victor Major and the late Marie-Anne Richard.
He is survived by his children Daniel, Anne-Marie (Steve Brown), Raymond (Chantale Martin), Larry, Mike (Céline Girard) and Jimmy (Mélanie Maranda), his grandchildren Isabelle (Mladen Dekic), Caroline (Shawn Laurin), David (Joannie Rivard), Sarah and Lilianne, his great-grandchildren Emma, Mirko and Félix, the family of the late Réjean and Isabelle Lacroix (Jean-Marc, Pierre and Stéphane), his sisters-in-law Monique Larivière, Maureen Cuddihey and Katie Cuddihey, his brother-in-law Adrien Noël, his friends Bonnie Driscoll (late Cliff), Loralee Salisbury (Peter), Michael O'Sullivan (Audrey Tenholder) and Vincent O'Connor (Pam), and numerous nephews and nieces for whom he had great affection.
The family would like to point out the professionalism and kindness of the CLSC-Hull/Aylmer staff and Dr. Dubé.
The family welcomes donations to La Maison des Collines in Wakefield or to St-Martin Church in Low as an expression of sympathy.
