To all Transcollines bus users, this is what the changes are with the new service: starting next Tuesday, April 18, the new on-demand service will be replacing all but four buses per day. The new line 920, serving the Masham-Wakefield-Chelsea-Hull run, will leave Masham at 6:40 and 7 a.m. and the return trip will leave the Galeries de Hull stop at 3:15 and 4:15 p.m., Monday to Friday only. The route is the same as the old line 925, going by the CEGEPs. They are basically school buses, without the added benefit of having the midday run, which I always thought was well-used and appreciated.
Please let others know that may be affected. Everyone I have talked to on the buses had no idea, and I am concerned that people may be left standing by the side of the road on April 19 or beyond, wondering when the bus is coming.
