An afternoon fire destroyed a home in Edelweiss Jan. 13.
The blaze started sometime around 2:30 p.m. and engulfed a home on Chemin du P'tit Canada.
Neighbours told the Low Down that the residents were able to escape the home before it caught fire, but added they are shaken up from the ordeal.
